Return & exchange Policy

• Eligible Items: We do not accept returns for items purchased in clearance, with a gift card, or customized outfits.
• Return / Exchange Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are available only for eligible items (excluding clearance and customized products) and are subject to stock availability.
• Sale Items/Non-Sale Items: One free size/style exchange per order, Second exchange (size only): ₹250, Maximum 2 exchanges per order.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for eligible prepaid orders will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• The amount will reflect in your account within up to 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before processing.
• If cancelled after processing, a fee of ₹150 will be deducted.
